01

Single- and Double-Glazed Insulating Glass Units

Architectural Glazing
Façade Systems
Panoramic Glazing
Energy Efficiency
Applications:
  • Residential Complexes
  • Private Houses
  • Commercial Buildings
  • Cold Zones

Double-glazed insulating glass units are the most commonly used solution, applied in approximately 90% of architectural glazing projects. They are suitable for window, door, and façade systems where energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and a stable microclimate are essential.

Single-glazed units are used in non-heated or so-called cold zones, as well as in structural areas where a high level of thermal insulation is not required.

02

Triple-Glazed Insulating Glass Units

Thermal Insulation
Acoustic Insulation
Passive House
Premium Solutions
Applications:
  • Premium Projects
  • Class A Office Buildings
  • Passive Houses
  • High-Noise Areas

Triple-glazed insulating glass units are designed for projects with increased requirements for energy efficiency and acoustic performance.

With three chambers, multiple layers of Low-E or multifunctional glass, and inert gas filling, they significantly reduce heat loss and provide a high level of acoustic comfort.

03

Insulating Glass Units for Structural Glazing

Architectural Glazing
Façade Systems
Structural Glazing
All-Glass Façade
Applications:
  • Business Centers
  • Shopping Centers
  • Administrative Buildings
  • Modern Architecture

Structural insulating glass units create the effect of a continuous glass façade without visible external framing, emphasizing clean geometry and minimalist architectural design.

Glass Team has extensive experience in manufacturing insulating glass units and performing structural bonding for façade systems by Schüco, Aluprof, Reynaers Aluminium, and other manufacturers.

The use of façade silicones from Dow Corning and Sika ensures high adhesion and long-term durability of the structures.

04

Insulating Glass Units with Duplex or Decorative Grilles

Architectural Glazing
Premium Solutions
Decorative Glazing
Custom Solutions
Classic Style
Applications:
  • Private Houses
  • Stylized Projects
  • Historic Buildings
  • Commercial Spaces

Insulating glass units with duplex elements or decorative grilles allow the creation of visual rhythm, subdivision of glazed areas, and reproduction of architectural styles from different periods.

These solutions highlight the character of the building and harmoniously combine modern technologies with the aesthetics of classical architecture.

05

Heated Insulating Glass Units

Façade Systems
Anti-Condensate
Thermal Barrier
Adjustable Heating
Premium Solutions
Applications:
  • Skylights
  • Winter Gardens
  • Terraces
  • Commercial Spaces

Heated insulating glass units effectively prevent fogging, icing, and condensation, while also supporting snow melting to maintain stable transparency in all weather conditions.

They function as a thermal barrier by blocking external cold and gently heating the inner glass surface. The temperature can be easily adjusted to meet the specific requirements of each project.

Key Features:

  • Power supply: 220 V
  • Surface heating range: 20–100 °C
  • Adjustable temperature control
06

Tempered glass (ESG)

Architectural Glazing
Safety Glass
Increased Strength
Thermal Resistance
Impact Resistance
Explosion Resistance
Applications:
  • Shopping Centers
  • Partitions
  • Railway Stations
  • Doors
  • Airports
  • Balcony and Stair Railings

Tempered glass (ESG) is a safety and impact-resistant type of glass that undergoes special thermal treatment to significantly increase its strength.

In the event of breakage, ESG shatters into small, blunt granules without sharp edges, greatly reducing the risk of injury. For this reason, tempered glass is the standard solution for high-traffic areas and structures where safety is a critical requirement.

07

Heat-Strengthened Glass (TVG)

Architectural Glazing
Façade Systems
Structural Glazing
Increased Strength
Applications:
  • Glass Floors
  • Roofs
  • Canopies
  • Large-Scale Façade Structures

Heat-strengthened glass (TVG) offers increased strength compared to standard float glass, while breaking differently from ESG — producing larger fragments that may remain partially retained within the frame.

This controlled breakage behavior makes TVG an optimal choice for large façade systems and structural applications where safety and stability are required, but maximum impact resistance is not necessary.

08

Enameled Glass (ceramic painted glass)

Architectural Façades
Decorative Glazing
Custom Solutions
Opaque Glazing
Applications:
  • Façades
  • Technical Zones
  • Interiors
  • Opaque Decorative Elements

Enameled glass is coated with ceramic paint that is permanently fused into the glass surface during tempering.

The result is a uniform, opaque layer that is highly resistant to scratches, fading, and environmental exposure, making enameled glass an ideal solution for decorative façade and interior applications.

Enameled glass is commonly used to conceal technical zones, cover structural elements, and create visually continuous façade surfaces.

Colors are selected according to the RAL system, with RAL 7031 (blue-grey) being the most popular choice.

09

Laminated Glass (Triplex)

Architectural Glazing
Safety Glass
Custom Solutions
Impact Resistance
Explosion Resistance
Multi-Layer Structure
Applications:
  • Façades
  • Panoramic Structures
  • Canopies
  • Railings
  • Interior Partitions

Laminated glass (triplex) is a multi-layer safety glass composed of two or more glass sheets bonded together with a polymer interlayer.

In the event of breakage, glass fragments remain adhered to the interlayer, ensuring a high level of safety and making laminated glass one of the most reliable solutions for architectural glazing.

Key Advantages:

  • Various configurations (tempered, annealed, with holes or cut-outs)
  • Wide range of thicknesses, including non-standard options
  • Availability of colored or smart interlayers
10

Heated Laminated Glass

Façade Systems
Anti-Condensate
Thermal Barrier
Adjustable Heating
Premium Solutions
Snow Melting
Applications:
  • Terraces
  • Swimming Pools
  • Entrance Groups
  • Canopies
  • Winter Gardens
  • Panoramic Structures

Heated laminated glass is a multi-layer construction with an integrated electrically conductive system that evenly warms the glass surface.

This solution prevents fogging, freezing, and condensation, ensuring stable transparency in all conditions.

Key Features:

  • Power supply: 220 V
  • Surface heating range: 20–100 °C
  • Adjustable temperature control

WE CREATE TRANSPARENCY THAT INSPIRES.

We are open to collaboration, new ideas, and projects where glass becomes part of the architecture of the future.
